 
Andrew Grose brings more than 15 years of experience in the information technology industry to Nortec Communications, Inc. He established Nortec in 1991 and continues to successfully lead the organization into profit, year after year. He is actively involved in the strategic and operational decisions of the company, which includes accounting, finance, sales, marketing, technology solutions and human resources.
In addition to the Nortec
companies, Mr. Grose owns and operates commercial office
buildings, including the Nortec Office Building on Route
7 in Tyson's Corner, Virginia. Andrew holds a Bachelor
of Electrical Engineering degree from Auburn University.
Mr. Grose is an active member
of the Young Entrepreneurs' Organization, and avidly plays
hockey. He and his wife, Catharine live in Vienna, Virginia.
 
George Hammerschmidt has over 15 years experience in developing, marketing and selling software products and information technology services. He has worked extensively in the areas of telecommunications operational support systems and large enterprise information technology management. He brings to Nortec a wide range of sales, business development, marketing, product line management and software development experience. As Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Mr. Hammerschmidt is responsible for all strategic, operational and financial initiatives, as well as developing and managing the associated corporate infrastructure.
Mr. Hammerschmidt has also
held positions at Orchestream Systems PLC as VP North
and South American Sales, CrossKeys Systems Corporation
as VP North American Sales, Canadian Pacific Railway as
Director of Performance Management, and EDS (Electronic
Data Systems), in Sales Engineering. He holds a Masters
of Business Administration from York University and a
Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of Windsor. George and his wife, Alison reside in Vienna, VA.
 
Tom Raisbeck has over 11 years experience as an industry-leading
network consultant. Mr. Raisbeck's strong consulting background
with top-level enterprise skills in Exchange and Active
Directory place him at the head of an extremely strong
Professional Services team. Mr. Raisbeck has specialized
experience fulfilling the US Government's Continuity of
Operations (COOP) standards both from a design and process
standpoint.
His experience scaling
the delivery process to service engagements in the Federal,
Enterprise, and Small Business environments manifests
itself in consistently succesful engagements and high
customer satisfaction levels.
As Vice President of Professional
Services, Tom provides leadership and direction to all
of Nortec's consulting and engineering staff. Tom currently
attends Penn State University. He and his wife Lisa live
in Centreville, VA.
