Study Reveals Video Conferencing Delivers Quantitative, Qualitative Benefits
In a recent Forrester research study commissioned by LifeSize, the business and financial impacts of implementing a video conferencing solution were evaluated over a 3-month period.
The report states the quantitative and qualitative benefits for using HD video conferencing solutions include:
· Lower TCO - ongoing maintenance and support. Ongoing maintenance and support costs were approximately half the cost of other video conferencing solutions considered by the customer.
· Reduced travel costs. Implementing a high definition video conferencing solution allowed the customers to greatly reduce the number of business trips required.
