Q: Tell us a little about your job.
A: I am onsite with one of our clients providing support for whatever type of issue might crop up. I’m also working on a special projects, including a network refresh. I’m available at two of the client sites, to make sure all of the client’s users have full support.
Q: What would you say is the most rewarding part of your job?
A: Whenever I help someone out, I find it very satisfying to solve their problems. So much of IT is customer service, so as long as they’re satisfied in the end, it makes me very happy. Getting good feedback from our clients is tremendously rewarding.
Q: What’s the best piece advice you could give your customers?
A: Keep an eye out for technology changing, such as thinking of the cloud instead of physical storage. You can’t get away without knowing at least a little bit about technology. I also see a lot people looking for email – the search function is really helpful for that.
Q: What would your co-workers be surprised to learn about you?
A: I wanted to go into the Pakistani Air Force, but ended up coming to the United States instead. I also play multiple sports a week. So my weekends are filled with soccer, volleyball, cricket, tennis, the gym and lots of fun!
