Q: You recently joined Nortec, so tell us a little about that.
A: Yes, I joined the company in September. I like that Nortec is a small company and that I can explore all aspects of IT.
Q: Tell us a little about your job.
A: IT support; I support mainly Shoretel customers, but also support any other issues that may come in, like Outlook and Office 365.
Q: What would you say is the most rewarding part of your job?
A: When a customer shares their problems in great detail, I know they trust me to help them. And I get a lot of satisfaction in helping them.
Q. The biggest challenge?
A: Sometimes customers don’t really know what they want, or what they’re looking for. It’s my job to figure that out.
Q: If you could only pick one, what superpower would you have?
A: I would like to fly. I love to travel, and would like to travel more. If I could fly, I could go wherever I want!
Q: What would your co-workers be surprised to learn about you?
A: My kids say I’m a very strict – and mean – mom. But I don’t think my customers or co-workers would see me that way!
