Q: Please Explain Your Role with Nortec:
A: As Practice Manager, I work with the sales and technical team to put together Nortec solutions to help our customers. I also work with our partners to retain those relationships and explore new solutions for our customers. And I also do demonstrations and whiteboarding sessions. Basically, I pull all the resource together for our customers and make sure they have the right solution for their needs.
Q: Are there some common themes you’re hearing from your customers right now?
A: Yes – cloud is a big topic and also Office 365. Microsoft has a lot of buzz around the productivity aspects of Office 365, and that’s very attractive for many of our customers. For cloud, cost savings is a big factor.
Q: If you could give your customers one piece of advice what would it be?
A: Explore cloud opportunities to keep your costs lower and to increase your productivity.
Q: What would your customers be surprised to learn about you?
A: I play cricket for a local league in the DC area. I’m a good all-rounder (for you cricket rookies, this means Shali can both bat and bowl.)
