Q: You recently joined Nortec, so tell us a little about that.
A: Yes, I joined Nortec in late May. I previously worked with a large company, but wanted to work in a smaller environment that could support my desire to eventually move into outside sales.
Q: Tell us a little about your job.
A: I work with customers to let them know how Nortec can help them and assist them in finding the right product or services to meet their needs.
Q: Are there some common themes or trends you are seeing with your customers right now?
A: I hear often that customers want to move to the cloud, but their internet connection is too slow or that it often crashes, and they’re concerned about how that might affect a cloud migration. So I work with them to refer them to an engineer who can help with that.
Q: If you could only pick one, what superpower would you have?
A: The ability to stop time. The days are so short that I would love to be able to fit more things into the day!
Q: What would your co-workers be surprised to learn about you?
A: People might be surprised to learn that my first language is Spanish. I was born in Lima, Peru and came to the US when I was about 10 years old.
